Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return & Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order. Requests made after 5 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Product Condition & Quality Check

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Products with removed tags, stains, perfume smell, damage, tears, or any signs of usage will not qualify for Return or Exchange.
  • Every returned parcel goes through a proper quality inspection at our warehouse.
  • If the product fails the inspection, the Return/Exchange request will be rejected and the parcel may be sent back to the customer.

Return, Refund & Exchange Charges

  • A flat ₹120 charge is applicable on the complete Return or Exchange process.
  • This charge applies to the entire parcel/process and not per product.
  • In case of Return, ₹120 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The ₹99 delivery charge is non-refundable under any condition.
  • Remaining eligible amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after successful quality verification.
  • In case of Exchange, the delivery partner will first pick up the original parcel. Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, the exchange product will be dispatched.
  • During the Exchange process, the ₹120 Exchange charge must be paid during the exchange process.

Order Cancellation & Pickup Availability

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • We provide Pan-India delivery service. However, reverse pickup service may not be available for certain pin codes due to courier partner limitations.
  • In such cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the parcel from their nearest courier or post office.
  • If possible, we recommend using India Post (Speed Post) for a smoother and more reliable return process.
