🔁 1. Return & Exchange Window We offer a 5 to 7 days hassle-free return or exchange from the date of deliver Please allow 5–7 additional days for the returned product(s) to reach our warehouse.
🚚 2. Reverse Pick-Up Service We offer reverse pick-up from your location (subject to pin code availability). A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per order will be deducted during refund processing, regardless of the number of items. Our courier partner will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the item.
❌ 3. No In-House Courier Service Please note: We do not have our own delivery or courier service like big platforms (e.g., Myntra, Amazon). All pickups and deliveries are handled by third-party courier companies
📬 4. Self-Shipping of Orders for Returns If reverse pick-up is not available in your area or fails, you must self-ship the product. Do not use The Professional Couriers — they are not reliable, and we do not accept parcels from them. We recommend using Speed Post (India Post) for self-returns. Please ensure your courier charges do not exceed ₹100 as we do not refund excess return shipping costs
🧥 5. Condition for Return/Exchange Approval Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered — unworn, unwashed, and unused. If the product is found damaged, used, or tampered with, refund/exchange will not be applicable. In such cases, the same product will be shipped back to you.
🔄 6. Exchange Process We will schedule a reverse pickup for the product (subject to availability). The pickup, return, and quality check process takes 7–8 working days. After successful verification, the exchange item will be dispatched within 2 days. If the returned product fails quality check, we will return the same item without exchange.
7. Refund Timeline Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after we receive and approve your return. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
